The first Packard car was produced in 1899, and the last in 1956.  In 1953 Packard went on to merge with American wagon and automobile manufacturer Studebaker.

Our boot, or trunk lid is from 1948 -1949, as you can see it is in need of a little TLC, with surface rust on the underside and paint worn and flaking on the top side Scratches and the emblem is pitted. All said, it is a great display piece for an Americana bar with the road trip vibe, or any American automobilla fans.
