Description
This is beautiful and rare. The first time we have seen such a construction. Made as a cross shape with two round baskets as crowns to the top centre. Each of the 4 side pieces are the same. There is a shelf to the base with decorative wire circles and swirls. The next tier has a criss cross wire base and similar sides, with the top edge being rolled for extra decoration. Then there are the two round decorative crowns. The base has 8 swirled feet to stand on. We bought this in West Palm Beach, but it is thought to have originated in France as much of this type of wirework did, and exported to America. One of the most beautiful garden pieces we have bought.
