American Greetings Corporation (now Cloudco Entertainment) first introduced Holly Hobbie in 1967, as a character design on a few greeting cards. The public took an instant interest in her and soon there was popular demand for other projects featuring the charming gingham-n-calico girl in the blue bonnet was huge. Additional products were licensed and produced, including fabrics, furniture, ceramics, games, and stationery. Holly Hobbie products were later marketed by American Greetings in association with Carlton Cards. This lunch box is by the American Greetings Corporation and produced by Aladdin industries, Nashville, Tenn. Inside is the original flask, thought to be 1978.
General condition is good for the age. Some minor paint loss on edges but graphics are all bright and clear
