Description
Vintage painted metal gas station numbers sign that were used to display the price of gas/petrol before backlit signs became the norm for petrol station price signage.
These signs are double sided with a number 1 on one side and a number 3 on the reverse. The numbers are red with a white background. There is a hole in each corner for easy wall mounting.
On the number 1 side there are some surface scratches and chipping. On the number 3 side there is a black spot in the bottom corner, a small dent, surface scratches and some cement or similar has been on it. Some of it will probably come off with a good scrub. Please see images.
