Description
This is a brown felt hat by Borsalino, a popular Italian brand still making hats today. With a leather band around the interior the hat measures 55 cm inside it is marked: Grand Prix Paris 1900, Antica Casa , Fondata Nel, 1857″.
The photos just don’t do this handsome hat justice, popularised in the 1920’s- 1940’s the Fedora hat is often associated with Prohibition and gangsters. Good vintage used condition, see photos, leather trim inside has some wear.
