Description
Torrefaction is a process used to dry and roast coffee beans, which makes them brittle and gives them their distinctive flavour. The process involves gently roasting coffee beans up to temperatures of around 280°Centigrade( 536 degrees F). The process involves adding a certain amount of sugar during roasting in order to glaze the beans. The glazed beans are then mixed with normal roasted beans.
This is a vintage coffee can.
