Description
Traditional style snowshoes.
Made from natural wood and neoprene or similar webbing. Stamped on the top with ‘Made in Canada and 12 x 42’. The binding is made from brown coloured rubber.
There is the size 12 x 42 written in faded black marker pen on the front and 152 is written on both shoes on the inside edge.
There are some scuffs and scratches in the wood. Some of the varnish has worn away in places, especially at the ends. There is a dark mark on the bottom edge of one of the shoes. Also on one of the shoes, one of the leather ties that is holding the rubber binding has been replaced with a plastic coated electrical wire. On the other side the black disk on top of the rubber binding has cracked and part of it has come away. Please see images.
