Description
The company was founded by Phineas P. Mast in 1884 and manufactured Iron Turbine Wind Engines, Buckeye Force Pumps, Buckeye Lawn Mowers, and other products in Springfield Ohio It was Mast, Foos & Company from 1875 until 1940. It was bought in 1940 and became Mast-Foos Manufacturing Company until 1970.
This is a good looking piece of lawn history. It is in good condition considering it is at least 80 years old. Used to cut around the edge of lawn when all grass cutting was done with a hand push machine. Hard work unless you had a very level lawn.
