Vintage Cloisonné floral enamel on brass dish.
This is a sophisticated and elegant form with beautifully hand painted, Cloisonné style flowers. Cloisonné is the technique of creating designs on metal vessels with coloured glass paste.
It is from India and has a ‘Made in India’ sticker on the base. The vase is a creamy yellow colour, has yellow and silver flowers with orange centres and green stems and leaves.
There is a few small chips, some surface wear in the enamel and a small dent on the edge as shown in the photographs.
