Features a green cast iron handle with a metal blade, a green base with measurements printed on the surface and a metal strip along the top to keep your paper straight.
This has the usual wear and tear for something of this age. Scratches and marks and wear to the green paint in places. There is signs of rust in places too. Please see images.
