This is a vintage American tin tile sheet on a wood frame, ready to attach to your wall either as a splashback or decorative wall art. Featuring a Fleur de Lis pattern, this piece is made from reclaimed tin tile sheets so there is some surface damage to the paint as shown. There are some scratches in places, and small holes where it was fastened in place when it was originally used. Some surface rust spots on the front and quite a bit on the back. Please see images.
The panel can be hung vertically or horizontally depending on your preference (although the pattern will be facing sideways if hung horizontally).
Each panel is unique because we use vintage tin tiles which have been gently reclaimed from old houses in America. They can be given a lacquer spray before putting in place, this will seal the remaining paint, prevent further rust spots appearing and enable them to be wiped clean.
Please remember when buying vintage items, they will have signs of use but that is also what makes them so unique. We do our best to photograph and explain the condition of the item as best we can. If you have any questions about a particular item, please contact us. Please take the time to look at all pictures.
