Description
This original vintage African heavy war club axe has a simple fabrication using a straight wood club with a bulbous end and is mounted on a metal axe head. Made from hardwood and possibly iron with a decorative plait around the top and bottom of the shaft. Well used, and worn with scratches and dints as shown, all adding to its authenticity.
